sunday's take + 4th of july

Made a fun little dessert board for the 4th. The best part was my nieces helped me put it together. ◡̈

On the 4th, Raymond and I finally had time to put up the lights over our deck. I love checking things off the to-do list, especially when they look this cute! Added my new rug that was a Prime Day steal.

Ella girl loves swimming. Sadly, Levi tore his ACL so summer swims have been cut short this year. I know she already misses it.

For Levi’s ACL surgery, I had to take him to Tupelo which meant I got to stay with my friend Margaret and eat at this delish local cantina.

And… the fun part. The next six weeks of recovery are already rough on all of us. Mostly just because of all the restrictions. He can’t overdo it or we will be right back where we started. Restrictions for him = restrictions for all of us.
