Hello, hello to you on this lovely January day. How crazy is it that 2013 has come to a close? I didn’t want it to end! 2013 was incredible, but I’m sure 2014 has even more in store. I don’t really like the whole ‘new year, new you’ thing. I do love the idea of creating goals and resolutions, but I do that more on my birthday. So technically speaking, my year isn’t even half way finished yet (woo, July birthday). I do love being 21, what can I say?

So, I do have some exciting news. I FINALLY got a new camera that has got me over the moon excited about what is to come with this little world I have created here. It is definitely an upgrade from my Sony DSLR and I won’t have to borrow my Dad’s super fancy Nikon anymore. I’m already in love with it. My entire life since Christmas day has been recorded on it through several pictures and videos. Just wait, just waittttt.

I shot these photos with my Dad’s Nikon which I am rather obsessed with also. I love a little leather and black and white mixed together. I actually bought this skirt in Paris this summer after hunting for it. You can wear it with a lot of different tops, just like this amazing vintage looking jacket. And let’s not forget my studded heels. Honestly, I fell in love with these so fast when I first saw them. I don’t even know why because I don’t have a ton of occasions to wear them, but I love white and I love studs so yeah, I got them. No regrets here!

I hope you guys have all had a lovely holiday season so far. I might post some photos from my own holidays with family and friends, we’ll see. I really cannot explain in words how excited I am for all that is to come in the next few months with this blog. It’s so amazing when you tap into your little world and create new things and meet lovely people like all of you. YAY for blogging.

Well, I won’t take up anymore of your time. I am going to start posting on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from now on. I need a schedule and this is my way of making if official. And guess what, it’s WEDNESDAY.
